Do I get direct, individualized attention from you as an MFL member?
No. The only way I can run this program at such a low cost is that it’s a group program. All advice and coaching take place in the Facebook group, monthly calls, and quarterly masterminds. There is no individualized attention.
Can my team or business partner join with me?
Admission is for 1 member (1 personal Facebook profile – no pages). If you need another person to have access to MFL, they can log in through your FB profile or purchase their own membership.
Do Mastermind Days cost extra to attend?
Mastermind Days are included with all levels of membership, but are NOT included with the course-only option. However, we may charge a small reservation fee to save your seat and offset the cost of the facility. Non-members may join at the current rate for tickets.
I’ve spent a ton on courses and boot camps in the past. Why should I spend more money on MFL?

I got into multifamily real estate early in the last cycle, in 2011. Prices were still relatively low and the competition to buy was far lower than in recent years.
But, even in 2011, it was clear I had already missed the greatest buying opportunity in several generations.
I sold everything in 2019. Because I believed the market was overpriced and ready for a big correction. But I never expected what we’ve seen over the past year.
It’s already created great uncertainty and, if it continues for longer, it will create significant dislocations.
Dislocations like this are difficult to live through. Many people will, unfortunately, suffer grave personal and economic consequences.
However, you should not be afraid of investing in a dislocation. Because dislocations create the best opportunities to gain wealth.
Competition for quality assets is reduced, and it’s possible to buy them for bargain prices. In other words, dislocations are when you can “buy low” so you can “sell high” later. As I did.
Investors like Sam Zell and Warren Buffett made fortunes investing during dislocations. And, over the last few years, as the markets climbed higher, they put more and more of their holdings into cash. To get ready for the dislocation they knew was coming.
Sam Zell actually stopped buying real estate as he waited for the correction to arrive. Now the time has arrived for him to buy.
